Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece of LeanLuxe Shapewear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. 

For any questions about your order, returns, or exchanges, please email us at support@leanluxeshapewear.com. 

Please allow up to five (5) business days for our team to respond. 

 

Eligibility for Returns 

To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we only accept returns on unworn shapewear that is still in its original condition AND with the plastic shrink-wrap fully sealed. 

We cannot accept returns if: 

  • The plastic shrink wrap has been opened, torn, or removed 
  • The item has been worn, tried on, or stretched 
  • The item shows any signs of deodorant, fragrance, stains, or makeup
  • The order included final sale items 

If shrink-wrap is opened, the return will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you.  

 

Return Window 

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery as shown on your tracking information.

 

How to Start a Return 

To initiate a return, email us at support@leanluxeshapewear.com with: 

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return  

Our support team will reply with instructions to proceed. 

 

Return Shipping Fee 

All returns are subject to a $6 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. 

 

Return Process 

Once your return is approved and you receive instructions: 

  1. Ship your return using the label or instructions provided via email.
  2. Your package must be dropped off within 14 days of receiving your return instructions.
  3. After we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
  4. Inspection may take up to seven (7) business days.
  5. If accepted, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  6. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank. 

If the item does not meet the requirements (unopened shrink-wrap, unworn, unused, new condition), we reserve the right to deny the return and send the item back to you. 

 

Refunds & Store Credit 

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method minus the $6 return fee.
  • If a return is approved for store credit, a LeanLuxe gift card will be emailed to the address used at checkout.
  • Returns with opened packaging or signs of wear will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense. 

 

Exchanges 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. 

To switch sizes or styles, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order. 

 

Defective or Wrong Item Received 

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us at support@leanluxeshapewear.com within 7 days of delivery with: 

  • A photo of the issue
  • Your order number 

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
